NEWPORT County AFC manager Graham Westley is reportedly at the centre of a club investigation over his conduct towards staff.

The Daily Star reports that Westley resigned as boss earlier this week - before changing his mind 24 hours later.

It emerged last night that new secretary Graham Bean had quit his role and now the Star reports that an internal investigation into Westley's conduct could see him leave Rodney Parade as well.

The Star report says: "Westley blew his top last Friday when he discovered rooms that had been booked for him and his squad at the team hotel in Preston were on the ground floor.

"He prefers to be on the top floor of hotels, but to make matters worse he was situated near an ice-making machine.

"His outbursts led to an internal row that saw him blame club officials - despite the booking being made by a travel company.

"This led to allegations of bullying of staff - which the club are now investigating.

"It is understood that Wesley has already been warned about his attitude when communicating with people at the club."
