WALES boss Chris Coleman has named Real Madrid's Gareth Bale and Arsenal's Aaron Ramsey in his squad for the opening Euro 2016 qualifer in Andorra.

The match, on Tuesday September 9 in the capital, Andorra La Vella, is due to be played on an artificial surface at the new National Stadium.

The 23-man squad features three uncapped players: goalkeepers Owain Fon Williams (Tranmere Rovers), Kyle Letheren (Dundee) and forward Tom Lawrence (Manchester United). All three have been capped at Under 21 level. Kyle's father, Glan, was a goalkeeper for Leeds United and Swansea City in the 70s and 80s and was the Wales No.2 keeper on 12 occasions without winning a senior cap under Dai Davies.

Defender James Chester (Hull City) and forward George Williams (Fulham), who both made their senior debuts in Amsterdam in the final game of last season, retain their squad places.

Wales have just one qualifier in September, but then there are two home fixtures in October, both at Cardiff City Stadium, against Bosnia Herzegovina and Cyprus.
