SUNDAY’S FA Cup tie between Brackley Town and Newport County AFC has now been designated an all-ticket game.

County have sold all of their initial allocation of 400 tickets for the first round tie at St James’ Park (kick-off 2pm).

The club has been given an additional 600 tickets to sell between today and Sunday.

Due to a late change in ticketing policy for this fixture no tickets will be available to purchase on the gate at Brackley.

County’s ticket office will be open between 10am and 12pm on Saturday for fans to buy tickets ahead of Sunday’s fixture, with the usual opening hours of 10am-3pm on Friday.

Looking ahead to the tie against the National League North outfit, manager John Sheridan said: “Brackley will be a tough game and we will show them the respect and I will put out a full-strength team.

“We know the importance of this competition and how it can benefit the Club financially. We just want to keep progressing further in the competition and go as far as we can.”
