LOAN: Eagles midfielder Connor Dymond is set to join Newport County
NEWPORT County AFC have now confirmed that Crystal Palace youngster Connor Dymond has joined on loan until February 13.
Palace academy director Gary Issott revealed the news to the Croydon Advertiser earlier today and sung Dymond's praises, saying he's a "dream to work with."
It will be the midfielder's first loan to a League side and he should be available to play in the FA Cup this weekend against Blackburn Rovers.
Dymond was an unused substitute as Palace drew 0-0 at AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League on Boxing Day.
