THE Ken Powell Gwent County Junior Cup second round saw Fleur-de-lys Juniors win 7-1 at home to Race Juniors with a hat-trick from Ryan Dugmore, a brace from Evan Price-Morgan and one goal each from Jordan Needs and Tom Phillips.
Caerleon Town Juniors pulled off a big surprise in winning 9-1at Chepstow Garden City Juniors with Richard Rees acoring four goals and Edward McCarthy, Ieuan Phillips, Aaron Berrow, George King and Josh Gunwood also on the scoresheet.
Aberbargoed Youth Juniors won 4-1 at home to Llanyrafon Juniors and Cwmbran Town youth beat Abertillery Colts Juniors 2-0.
Griffithstown Juniors also went through to the third round last weekend after Fairfield United failed to raise a team.
Three games which were postponed will be played this weekend.
