USK Valley Trampoline Club, based in Newport and Pontypool, is looking to encourage youngsters to have a go at the sport.
The club caters for complete beginners and youngsters with disabilities, as well as the more advanced.
Children can come along and just bounce for fun or get involved with the British Gymnastics Trampoline Award Scheme with a view to competing.
The club trains on Mondays at Newport Centre and on Saturdays at Pontypool Active Living Centre. For times and availability call 07952 584240.
The classes are run by advanced senior club coaches who are affiliated to the Governing body
