Japan dispatch Brazil in Cardiff to reach semi-finals

 JAPAN beat Brazil 2-0 at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff tonight o book a place in the women's semi-final.

Japan's Yuki Ogimi scored from a free-kick in the first-half, while Shinobu Ohno sealed victory late on. Brazil squandered good chances to score but Renata Costa, Marta and Cristiane failed to find the back of the net.

The World Cup winners will face France at Wembley in the semi-finals.

Were you at the Brazil/Japan match? Was Charlotte Church the guest announcer? I'm sure it was but friends say it wasn't.
