HOOKER Elliot Dee will make his return from injury off the bench for Newport Gwent Dragons at Leicester tomorrow while six players are set for their debuts in the Anglo-Welsh Cup clash (kick-off 3pm).

Wales hopeful Dee has been out of action since suffering ankle ligament damage in the August friendly against Cardiff Blues. The 22-year-old from Newbridge will return as back-up to Darran Harris, who makes his first start for the Dragons.

Head coach Kingsley Jones has named an experienced XV for the clash at Welford Road with lock Joe Davies the only starter yet to feature this season.

Jack Dixon captains the side from centre while Geraint Rhys Jones wears 10 on his back in the absence of the injured Nick Macleod (ankle), Angus O’Brien (head) and Dorian Jones (groin).

Bedwas lock/back forward Robson Blake, tighthead Leon Brown, flanker Josh Skinner, scrum-half Owen Davies, fly-half Arwel Robson and full-back Will Talbot-Davies are set for their regional bows off the bench.

Brown and number eight Harri Keddie have been released from helping Wales in their autumn preparations to feature in the East Midlands.

Leicester feature three Welshmen in their XV - Owen Williams partnering Jack Roberts in midfield while Luke Hamilton starts at number eight.

Other notable inclusions in the Tigers team are former Argentina loosehead Marcos Ayerza, ex-Lions flanker Tom Croft, England fly-half Freddie Burns and Australian speedster Peter Betham.
