NEWPORT Gwent Dragons will learn their opposition for next season’s European Rugby Challenge Cup when the draw is made in Switzerland at 1pm today.
Kingsley Jones’ men will be drawn against at least one club from England and France while they could return to Russia with last season’s opponents Enisei-STM, who beat them in Krasnodar, joined by Krasny Yar in the competition.
The Dragons CANNOT be drawn in the same group as Cardiff Blues but are assured to go up against one of the tier one clubs Newcastle, Stade Francais, Gloucester or Brive.
The tier five quintet have already been established, meaning Jones’ men will go up against one of Toulouse, Oyonnax, Agen, Enisei or Krasny Yar.
