WALES Under-20s boss Jason Strange says justice has been done after number eight Harrison Keddie was give the all-clear to help his country win a Six Nations Grand Slam, writes Chris Kirwan.

The 19-year-old from Llanvaches will start against Italy in Colwyn Bay (kick-off 7.05pm) as the Welsh youngsters go in search of a first ever clean sweep at under-20 level.

The Newport Gwent Dragons prospect has been in sensational form throughout the tournament and was man of the match for his powerful, try-scoring display in the crushing 42-16 victory against England that has put them on the brink of history.

However, Keddie faced a nervous wait to see if he could feature against Italy after being cited following the win at Ashton Gate for a dangerous tackle on Mat Protheroe that saw him yellow-carded.

He appeared before disciplinary chiefs on Tuesday and got the green light to play with the committee deciding that the sin-binning was sufficient.

"There was no malice in the tackle and we mentioned in the hearing that technically he did everything right, it's just that he is a lot more powerful than the other guy. It was unfortunate but a yellow card was sufficient and justice has prevailed.

"When we had the verdict and announced it everyone was delighted because he's a really popular member of the squad. I know that he will put in another big performance."
