GWENT star Mark Williams made the perfect start to his home tournament with a 4-0 victory over Hong Kong's Marco Fu this afternoon.
The Cwm-born world number two booked his place in round two of the Welsh Open with two century breaks in a match that lasted just over an hour at the Newport Centre.
Williams now plays Jamie Cope at 1pm on Thursday.
