Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's four-year-old daughter is apparently gearing up for her film debut.

Vivienne Jolie-Pitt, one of the couple's brood of six children, has landed a plum role in her mum's upcoming movie Maleficent, reported The Sun.

She has been cast as a young Princess Aurora, after her mum decided she would be perfect for the part.

A source said: "Ange thought it would be a fun experience for her and Viv to share, and Viv is a natural."

And it seems Brangelina's other children might be popping up on the big screen in the future as they are said to be keen to follow in Vivienne's footsteps.

"The other kids are now nagging Ange and Brad to land them roles," said the insider.

Maleficent, a fairytale spin-off movie about the Sleeping Beauty sorceress, also stars Sam Riley, Juno Temple, Miranda Richardson and Elle Fanning, who will play an older Aurora.

The 3D film is scheduled for release in 2014.
