He's done it! - Richard Parks reaches final summit
RICHARD Parks today made history as he became the first person to climb the highest mountain on each of the world's continents and reach the South and North Poles - all within seven months.

He reached the summit of his final peak, Mount Elbrus in Russia, this morning. The mountain at 18,510ft, is Europe's highest.
