JACK RITTER M.B.E. Officers and Members of Gaer Community Network and Communities First offer their deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of JACK If the value of a person's life is measured, not in years, but in the quality of the life lived then Jack was very rich indeed. Jack was a people's person, delivering his wisdom, strength of character, fortitude and integrity in his many roles as Magistrate, community worker and friend to the young and old alike. If we seem to have lost a very dear and loyal friend, Jack will always be close, in our heads and in our hearts, through his sense of humour and his love of life. "A man of the Community and Newport."
