APPLEBEE (John Walter) On July 8th suddenly while enjoying exercise, John aged 78 years of Rhiwderin. Much loved by his late wife Jean, his children, Jackie, Steve and Liz, their partners, his grandchildren and his partner Val with whom he recently found much happiness. Funeral Friday 19th July. Service at St Basil's, Bassaleg at 1pm followed by cremation at Gwent Crematorium and afterwards at the Green Meadow Golf Club where there will be a memorial book. Please bring any photos and written memories to include. Dress as you wish, black not obligatory. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu made payable to the British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Rd, Newport NP20 2EH.
