VAUGHAN Douglas (Baz) Peacefully on the 15th December 2013 at his home, surrounded by his loving family, Basil of Elm Drive Ty-Sign, Risca. Devoted husband of Jen. Much loved father of Meirion, Stephen and Kyla. Loved Bampi of Emily. Baz will be sadly missed by all his family and friends. Service to be held on Thursday 2nd January 2014 at Bethany Baptist Church, Risca at 1.45pm followed by Gwent Crematorium at 3.00pm. Family flowers only by request. Donations, if desired, may be given at the service to the District Nurses and Velindre Hospital. Further enquiries please telephone 01633 612531.
