MOULDER (Phyllis Maud) Peacefully on the 8th January at Capel Grange Nursing Home, Phyllis sadly passed away. Loving Mam to David and Janet and mother-in-law to Pauline, much loved Nan to Ben, Sam, Julie and Rachel and all her great grandchildren. Will be sadly missed. Funeral service to be held at St Johns Church, Maindee on 28th January 2014 at 10am followed by committal at Gwent Crematorium at 11am.
