PHILLIPS John Henry Peacefully after a short illness, on 1st November 2018 at the Royal Gwent Hospital. John, 88 years of Lilleshall Street. Beloved husband of the late Mary. Much loved Dad, father-in-law and Grandad. He will be sadly missed by all family and friends. Funeral service to take place at St John's Church, Maindee on Friday 23rd November at 1.30pm prior to committal at Langstone Vale Crematorium. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu may be sent to St Davids Hospice Care c/o T J Davies & Sons Funeral Directors, 54-56 Chepstow Road, Newport, NP19 8WU. The family would like to thank the staff of Blaen-Y-Pant Residential Care Home.
