JONES Patrick Martyn Known most affectionately as Martyn. Passed away at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham on 8th March aged 55 years. Funeral service to be held at the Wenallt Chapel Thornhill Crematorium, Cardiff at 10.15am on Friday 29th March. Family flowers only please and donations will be collected in lieu of flowers to the British Heart Foundation. The family would like to invite mourners to join them for light refreshments at Blackwood Rugby Club following the service.
