SPANSWICK On 27th April 2019, Derek John of Pontnewydd passed away aged 84 years. Beloved husband of Jill, loved by Lorraine and Jason and sister Mona, dear uncle of Heidi, Bryony and Kirsty. A life lived with fortitude and kindness. Now at Peace. Funeral Tuesday 28th May, service 2.00pm at Holy Trinity Church, Pontnewydd, followed by committal at the Gwent Crematorium at 3.00pm. No Flowers by request, donations in lieu would be appreciated for Thistle Court Nursing Home, Residents Fund. Further enquiries to Arthur Peake (Funeral Service) Cwmbran. Tel: 01633/482291.
