HILL née Gait Joan On Monday 6th May 2019, Joan passed away peacefully at Claremont Court Care Home, aged 99. Beloved wife of the late William, adored mother and mother-in-law, cherished grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great grandmother. Funeral to be held Thursday 23rd May 2019 at Gwent Crematorium at 1:30pm. Family flowers only, please. Donations in lieu may be given at the service for Alzheimer's Society.
