TAPSELL Rachel Louise On July 12th peacefully at home, Rachel, aged 47 years. Much loved mother of Brandon, beloved daughter of Robert and Diana, loving sister of Robert, Diana and Shelley. Funeral Friday July 26th service at St John's Church, Maindee at 12.30pm followed by a private family burial. Family flowers only, donations in lieu payable to St David's Hospice Care may be sent c/o Tovey Bros. 9/11 Cardiff Road Newport NP20 2EH.
