OWEN Peacefully on 2nd October 2019, Herbert Arthur Owen of Pentwyn, Pontypool. Beloved Husband of Lovona (Tip), devoted father of Catherine and Roger, loved Father-in-law of Wayne and Christine, much loved Grandad of his grandchildren and great grandchildren, dear friend of Pat and John. Funeral Friday 18th October, Service 4.00 pm at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please. donations in lieu may be given for the Stroke Association and the British Heart Foundation.
