LOWE WILLIAM (BILL) Peacefully on Wednesday 2nd October 2019 at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Bill sadly passed away. Beloved husband of the late Beatrice, much loved dad of Helen and Frances, brother to Bunny, father in law to Michael and grandad to James, Alana and her husband Benjamin. Bill will be very sadly missed by all his family and friends. Requiem Mass to be held at St. Patrick's RC Church, Cromwell Road, Newport on Friday 25th October 2019 at 9.30am, followed by committal at Gwent Crematorium. Family flowers only please, but donations if so desired may be sent to Age Cymru Gwent c/o T J Davies & Sons 54 56 Chepstow Road, Newport, NP19 8WU.
