SULLIVAN Jeffrey Michael On March 22nd at Tregwilym Lodge Nursing Home. Jeff, loved husband of Margaret, dad of Lindsay and Paul, father-in-law of Lucy and Grandad of Isabelle. Thank you for all the cards, messages and support at these difficult times. Private family funeral will take place on April 14th.
