VINNICOMBE Florence Myra Peacefully passed away on 23rd July 2020, at the Royal Gwent Hospital, Florence (known as 'Flo'), aged 94 years, of Holly Lodge Nursing Home (formerly of Gelli Rhwy Road, Garndiffaith). Beloved wife of the late Vernon. Much loved mother of Ruth, Judith and Jane and mother-in-law of Gary, Mark and the late Jeff. Loved and missed by grandchildren Matt & Lyn, Emma & Andrew, Kate & Paul, Sarah & Alun, Laura & Lee, Rhys & Joyce and Huw & Kelly. Treasured great-grandmother of Josephine, Ben, Gemma, Ffion, Seren, Layla-Mai, Gethin, Anaya and Max. She will be forever in the hearts of her family and all who knew and loved her. 'Love is eternal' (1Corinthians 13:8) Resting within the care of Heritage Funeral Service, Blaenavon until her funeral which will be held on Friday 14th August 2020. If friends and neighbours wish to pay their respects, the funeral cortege will leave Sardis Congregational Church, Varteg at 12:15pm passing Flo's former home before continuing onto Harpers Road and into Abersychan en route to The Gwent Crematorium, Croesyceiliog where the committal ceremony will take place. Family flowers only please but donations are being gratefully accepted for Holly Lodge Residents Fund and may be sent to Heritage Funeral Service, 82, Broad Street, Blaenavon (01495 793144).
