COUNSELL David On 9th October, at his home in Lydney, David, aged 53 years, formerly of Sedbury, Chepstow. Dearly loved brother of Kerry, the late Mark and Susan. Due to Covid 19 restrictions, a Private Family Funeral will take place. Hey Dave, who knows where you are mate, I just want to thank you for everything you ever did for me and all the wonderful memories I have of you. There aren't any words or actions that could describe the deep loss I'm feeling right now. I wish I could have contacted you before my son was born, but he was in the NICU and everything was up in the air. I'm sorry I wasn't there.
