RUDDOCK On 21st October 2020 peacefully Elsie Dora. Beloved wife of the late Arthur (formerly of Anderson Place Malpas) much loved mother of Alan, mother-in-law of Stella, loving Nan of Lisa and Gary and Hayley and great nan of William and Darcy. Re-united with Dad. Funeral Thursday 5th November service in the Private Chapel of Albert E. Hicks Ltd., 1 Grafton Road, Newport at 11am followed by cremation at the Gwent Crematorium. Attending by family invitation only.

So sorry to see that our dear neighbour Elsie has passed away. Such a smart, lovely independant, kind lady. We have known Elsie for many years our thoughts are with you all at this sad time. Especially under the current circumstances. Carol Colin and family 4 Harding. xxx
