STEPHENS Suddenly on 30th December 2020, Billie Stephens, at his home in Pontypool. Beloved Husband of Rosemary, devoted Dad of Mark, much loved Brother of Stephanie and Gareth, loved by all his nieces and nephews. A private funeral will take place.
