LOCKE Norman It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden death of Norman on the 7th February 2021. Beloved husband of Mary and dearly loved father of Stephen and Andrew. Respected father in law of Tina and Shannon, proud grandfather and great grandfather. Resting at the funeral home of Stanley J Nicholas Ltd, The Paddocks, Pengam, Blackwood, until the private funeral in line with Covid-19 guidelines.
