OWENS David Dyfri Of Risca. Sadly passed away on 2nd February 2021 at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr. Husband of the late Mary, much loved father of Debra and Donna, Grandfather of Alice, Joseph and Jack. Due to current restrictions David's funeral will be by invitation only. However, we will be leaving St Mary's Church in Risca at 1.00pm on Friday 5th March, should anyone wish to pay their respects outside providing social distancing regulations are adhered to.
