FORD Derek Anthony Malcolm On Monday 22nd March Derek, of St David's Avenue Blackwood, died peacefully at Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr. Son of Isobel and Malcolm, husband to Lynne, father to Nathan and Natalie, tadcu to Samuel, brother to Robert and Dorothy and uncle to Andrew and David. Resting at Woodfield Park Funeral Home until a private service at Sirhowy Valley Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations in lieu if so desired to Velindre Cancer Centre.
