ROWLAND Keith Elsey Peacefully at the Royal Gwent Hospital on Monday the 19th April, Keith, aged 86 yrs. Beloved Husband of Maureen. Much loved Dad of Stephen, Lynne, Jason & the late baby Keith. Father in law of Carol & Rob. Dearly loved by his Grandchildren & Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service at Sirhowy Valley Crematorium, Pontllanfraith on Friday 7th May at 3.30pm. Due to Covid restrictions funeral attendance is by invitation only. The Funeral procession will pass Cwmcarn Workingmans club at 3.00pm. Family would like an item of yellow to be worn. Family flowers only please. Donations in lieu for The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society may be given at the service.
