KEAN John Philip (Phil) On 21st April, Phil, formerly of Caerleon passed away at The Grange Hospital, Cwmbran, aged 72. Phil will be very sadly missed by all family, relatives and friends. Funeral Wednesday 19th May at 10.30am at Langstone Vale Crematorium. Family only or by invite due to restrictions. Family flowers only but donations in memory for the British Heart Foundation may be sent c/o Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport NP20 2EH
