MAYERS Jeremy "Jerry" Passed away, on Saturday 22nd May 2021. Jerry, aged 69 years, of Churchwood, Pontypool, formerly of Abersychan. Beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He will be forever in the hearts of his family and all who knew and loved him. Jerry's funeral will be held on Tuesday 15th June 2021. The family are welcome to anyone attending Jerry's funeral to wear Pontypool RFC jerseys. If friends and neighbours wish to pay their respects, the funeral cortege will leave from Jerry's home at 1.30pm. Adhering with the current restrictions in place, a private funeral service, strictly by invitation only, will take place at Jerry's home, followed by interment at Usk Castle Chase Natural Burial Meadow. Family flowers only please but donations, if desired, will be gratefully received for The British Heart Foundation and can be sent to the funeral director.
