ARTHUR Phyllis (nee James) "Dinky" 17-11-1931 28-5-2021. After an illness fought with courage and dignity. Dinky passed away on 28th May 2021. Beloved wife of the late Douglas Maxwell Arthur. Much loved mum of Susan and mother in law of the late Gareth, also the beloved mum of Sally and mother in law of Pancho. A much loved grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. Funeral service at St. Peters Church, Goytre on Wednesday 16th June at 11.15am prior to cremation at the Gwent Crematorium at 12.30pm. Owing to the present covid restrictions attendance will be by invitation only. Family flowers only, but donations in lieu will be given to St. David's Hospice Care and The Carers Trust, Torfaen.
