TILLEY Cecilia Victoria Died peacefully on 9th October 2021, aged 90. Beloved wife of the late William John Tilley (Bill). Mother of Roger and the late Debbie, mother-in-law to April. Grandmother to Billy, his wife Rhian, and Nicola. Great-Grandmother to Harry, Michael, Charlotte, and Loki. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Funeral Friday 5th November, service at St Mary's Church, Malpas at 11am by followed by interment at St Woolos Cemetery. Flowers are welcome and may be sent to Tovey Bros, 9/11 Cardiff Road, Newport, NP20 2EH
