PEART (Janet Sandra) Peacefully on July 16th 2011 at St. Anne's Hospice, Malpas, Jan Peart. Soulmate of Michael, mother to Steven, Jayne and Helen, grandmother to her adored grandchildren Alex, Anton and Helena, passed away. No flowers by request, donations to St. Anne's Hospice, c/o Woodfield Park Funeral Home, Penmaen, Blackwood. NP12 0DE. Funeral service at St. Mary's Church, Penllwyn, Pontllanfraith on Thursday 28th July at 11.00am, prior to cremation at the Gwent Crematorium, Cwmbran at 12 noon.
