NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 10
APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at: 225 Bassaleg Road,
Newport, South Wales. NP20 3PZ

I give notice that an application is being made to Newport City Council
by Mr & Mrs David Rees
For planning permission to:
Construct 1 No Detatched Dwelling and Associated Works within the Rear Garden of an Existing Residential property.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 14 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to regeneration, Investment & Housing department, Newport City Council, Civic Centre, Newport. NP20 4UR

'Owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than seven years. 'Tenant' means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
