Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Newport City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises known as Heron Foods, 221 Cardiff Road, Maes Glas, Newport NP20 3AG. The proposed licensable actvites and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening

hours of the premises are Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. Any

representatons by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be

received in writing by the Licensing

Unit Newport City Council, Civic

Centre, Godfrey Road, Newport,

South Wales, NP20 4UR, no later than 8 January 2020 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Newport

City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours
