THE LEASEHOLD REFORM ACT 1967 THE FIRST CLAIMANT JOSEPH JOHN HAYDEN AND SECOND CLAIMANT ANDREA MARGARET HAYDEN ("THE CLAIMANTS") BRING PROCEEDINGS AGAINST PERSON OR PERSONS UNKNOWN. Proceedings were issued at the Cardiff County Court (Claim Number H00PD0055) under Part 8 of the Civil Procedure Rules. The Claimants seek to acquire the freehold reversion of and in the property known as 1 Broadwalk, Caerleon, Newport NP18 1NP ("the property"). The last known freeholder, Mary Ann Hazell, cannot be located and all the efforts to trace her or her successors in the title have been unsuccessful. The application is made pursuant to section 27 of the Leasehold Reform Act 1967 (as amended). Part 8 of the Civil Procedure Rules applies to this claim. Upon hearing the Application by the Claimant's Solicitors, District Judge Morgan, sitting at the Cardiff County Court, on 20 July 2021 ordered (inter alia) that the Claimants place an advert in the South wales Argus. Any person claiming to own the freehold reversion of and in the property known as 1 Broadwalk, Caerleon, Newport NP18 1NP should contact the Claimants at the Property or the Solicitors for the Claimants at the address below within 28 days of the advertisement: Mrs Nia Gittins, David W Harris & CO, 21-25 Talbot Road, Talbot Green CF72 8AD.
