Notice of Application for a Premises Licence under section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Applicant: Kaczuska Limited Premises: Unit 2 Canal Terrace Retail Development, Newport, NP20 2BL
The proposed application is to allow for late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays from 23:00 hours until 00:00 hours and for the supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises on Mondays to Sundays from 06:00 hours until 00:00 hours, full details of which can be inspected on the application. The licensing register can be inspected at the address noted below during normal business hours. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application can be made to: Licensing Section, Public Protection, Newport City Council, Civic Centre, Newport, NP20 4UR, www.newport.gov.uk. This must be received in writing by: 9 January 2017, clearly stating the grounds upon which representation is made relevant to the Licensing Act. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5000.
