CONSULTATION WITH NON DOMESTIC RATEPAYERS
Section 65 of the Local Government Finance Act 1992 places a duty upon a charging authority to consult with non domestic ratepayers. Caerphilly County Borough Council would like to ensure that all interested non domestic ratepayers have an opportunity to take part in the consultation process.
The meeting will take place at the Council Offices, Penallta House, Ystrad Mynach at 5pm on Monday 16th January 2017.
