Monmouthshire County Council Local Development Plan 2011-2021 (Adopted February 2014) Consultation on Draft Supplementary Planning Guidance Monmouthshire County Council has produced the following draft Supplementary Planning Guidance (SPG) documents to provide further details on certain policies contained within the Monmouthshire Local Development Plan (LDP):

* Sustainable Tourism Accommodation
* Rural Conversions to a Residential or Tourism Use (Policies H4 and T2)

These documents are available for public consultation from Thursday 1st June 2017 to Thursday 13th July 2017.
Copies of the SPG documents are available for public inspection at:

* Monmouthshire County Council, Planning Reception, County Hall, Rhadyr, Usk, NP15 1GA (9:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am - 4:30pm on Friday);

* Monmouthshire County Council Community Hubs in Abergavenny, Caldicot, Chepstow, Monmouth and Usk during normal opening hours, and;

* Monmouthshire County Council Library in Gilwern during normal opening hours.

The draft SPGs are also available to view on the Council's website via the link at: http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/planning-policy/current-consultations

A form for making representations is available from the locations listed above or can be downloaded from the Council's website. Representation Forms can also be filled in electronically and submitted on-line on the Council's web site via the following link: http://www.monmouthshire.gov.uk/planning-policy/current-consultations

Representations in respect of the draft SPG(s) should be sent in writing to Planning Policy Team, Monmouthshire County Council, PO Box 106, Caldicot, NP26 9AN or made on-line to planningpolicy@monmouthshire.gov.uk from the start of the consultation period and before 5pm on Thursday 13th July 2017. Please note that all responses will be available for public inspection and cannot be treated as confidential.

Mae Cyngor Sir Fynwy wedi cynhyrchu'r drafft ddogfennau Canllawiau Cynllunio Atodol dilynol i roi manylion pellach ar bolisiau neilltuol a gynhwysir o fewn Cynllun Datblygu Lleol Sir Fynwy:

*  Llety Twristiaeth Cynaliadwy

* Mae'r dogfennau hyn ar gael ar gyfer ymgynghoriad cyhoeddus rhwng dydd Iau 1 Mehefin 2017 a dydd Iau 13 Gorffennaf 2017. Mae copiau o'r dogfennau Canllawiau Cynllunio Atodol ar gael i'r cyhoedd eu harchwilio yn:

* Cyngor Sir Fynwy, Derbynfa Cynllunio, Neuadd y Sir, Rhadyr, Brynbuga, NP15 1GA (9:00am - 5:00pm dyddiau Llun i ddyddiau lau 9:00am - 4:30pm ar ddyddiau Gwener);

* Hybiau Cymunedol Cyngor Sir Fynwy yn y Fenni, Cil-y-coed, Cas-gwent, Trefynwy a Brynbuga yn ystod oriau agor arferol, a;

* Llyfrgell Cyngor Sir Fynwy Gilwern yn ystod oriau agor arferol.
