To allow the sale/supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises between the hours of 06.00 – 23.00 hours daily including bank holidays and to remove any embedded restrictions inherited from the Licensing Act 1964 relating to the permitted hours

Representations by responsible authorities or other persons should be made in writing to the Licensing Department, Torfaen County Borough Council, Ty Blaen Torfaen, Panteg Way, New Inn, Pontypool, NP4 0LS by no later than 5 August 2017

A record of the application is available for inspection by appointment during normal working hours Monday to Friday at Torfaen County Borough Council, Ty Blaen Torfaen, Panteg Way, New Inn, Pontypool, NP4 0LS

It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000) under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application.
