Notice is given that I DERRICK JOHN HADIGATE
have on the 18th OCTOBER 2018 applied to Caerphilly
County Borough Council, as the Licensing Authority, for a variation of a premises licence in respect of the WEXA SNOOKER AND POOL LIMITED T/A WEXA SPORTS of MAIN STREET, CRUMLIN, GWENT, NP11 4PT
It is proposed to 1) Amendment to Opening Hours – Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:30; New Years Eve until 1.30 a.m. and for the broadcasting of live sporting events 24 hours 2) :Amendment to Licensable Area; 3) Amendment to Supply of Alcohol Hours – Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:00; New Years Eve until 1:00 a.m. and for the broadcasting of live sporting events 24 hours 4) Inclusion to the Provision of Films Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 too 00:30; 5) Inclusion to the Provision of Live Music – Everyday 14:00 to 00:00; 6) Inclusion to the Provision of Recorded Music – Sunday to Thursday 10:00 to 00:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:30; New Years Eve until 1:00 a.m. and for the broadcasting of live sporting events 24 hours 7) Removal of Indoor Sporting Events; 8) Removal of condition 7 from the operating schedule; 9) Adding additional conditions to operating schedule.
