Townscape Homes Limited intend to submit a Planning Application for the demolition of the existing day care centre building, erecting ten contemporary detached homes for private ownership, all with integral garages and private driveways. The scheme will seek to improve the current traffic flow on Oaklands Road by the introduction of a turning hammerhead making access easier for existing and prospective homeowners alike.
