The design of the house will be in keeping with the original style of houses in the area. Landscape the surround of the house using permeable surface to aid drainage of the surface water. Local planning authority to whom the application is being submitted: Local Planning Authority address: Torfaen, Ty Blaen Torfaen, Panteg Way, New Inn, NP4 0LS Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
