There are 274 new cases of covid-19 in Wales, which is a decrease on yesterday's figure of 304. 24 of these latest cases are in Gwent - the third lowest rise in cases over the last 24-hour period. Minister for Economy, Transport and North Wales Ken Skates says a recession is "unavoidable" after the coronavirus pandemic.
