The Newport-based property auction business has a total of no less than 34 individual residential garages and eight car parking spaces for sale at its December sale. The lots have a combined guide price of £208,000.

A selection of six garages is on offer at Shannon Close, Bettws, Newport with a guide price of £30,000-plus. The garages are currently let at a total annual income of £3,960.

A selection of half a dozen garages are on offer at Highfield Close, Dinas Powys with a guide price of £36,000-plus. The garages are currently let to established tenants at a combined annual income of £3,380.

A block of eight refurbished garages are on offer in the popular residential location of Meadow Street, North Cornelly, Bridgend. The group, which currently accrue a combined annual rent of £5,280 a year are being offered with a guide price of £44,000-plus.

There are ten garages for sale at Fairwood Road, Fairwater, Cardiff, with a guide price of £68,000-plus. The garages are let and bring in an annual combined rent of £8,400.

A quartet of garages with an adjacent parade of eight parking spaces is for sale at Hamilton Street, Landore, Swansea. The four garages are let at £60 a month, four of the spaces are let at £20 a month bringing in a total of £3,840 a year. Four of the parking spaces are currently vacant.

It has to be said that we seldom have this many garages on offer at a single sale although they are well spread out across south Wales.”
